QC Circles, 品管圈
所謂品管圈﹐是由一群第一線作業人員所組成﹐以改善品質為中心﹐TQM的自治組織。
品管圈之概念起於一本月刊 Gemba-to-QC (現場品管,1962.4創刊)﹐又名QC for Foreman (FQC)。
品管圈活動十大特色(參考What is Total Quality Control? by Kaoru Ishikawa):
